Our goal is to promote and protect Bass and Bass Fishing. We support the sport through strict catch and release, resource conservation, and public service.
General Information
St. Johns Bass Anglers (Chapter number 0019) is the oldest federated bass club in Florida, and the fifth oldest in the country. Our first junior member was Peter "T" Thliveros, who joined the club at age 16 and eventually has gone on to be a successful professional fisherman. Another former junior member is the 2003 BASS Federation Champion and Rookie Pro Jerry Shawver.
